Thal’orr the Nomad Knight
Deep in the Outer Rim, where justice is a luxury and survival a gamble, a towering figure roams the sands of Tatooine. Over two meters of white-furred muscle, four black eyes scanning the horizon, a saber on his belt — Thal’orr, the Nomad Knight, is a mercenary unlike any other.
Thal’orr’s story begins not on Alzoc III, but among the wreckage of a Jedi vessel, found by scavenging smugglers. Unaware of his potential, they raised him in the shadows of crime, using his size and strength to enforce their will. But the Force would not be denied. A fateful encounter with an exiled Jedi named Renza Srivor changed the course of his life forever.
Renza saw in Thal’orr something the smugglers never did. He freed him from his life of servitude and taught him how to wield his natural gifts. He instilled in Thal’orr the principles of compassion and honor. Teaching him to defend rather than dominate, to guide rather than command. When Renza mysteriously vanished one night, Thal’orr swore to continue his master’s work while he endeavoured to track him down.
No longer bound to a single place, Thal’orr took to the stars, seeking those who needed his aid. He never claimed to be a Jedi, nor did he follow their rigid path, but he carried their teachings in his actions, accepting whatever payment his clients could spare.
His greatest trial came on Tatooine when a Hutt named Varro enslaved an entire moisture farming community to expand his operations. Thal’orr infiltrated Varro’s palace using his natural stealth and his Force-enhanced senses. One by one, he dispatched the Hutt’s enforcers until only Varro himself remained. The crime lord, confident in his elite guards, laughed at Thal’orr’s defiance — until the Nomad Knight ignited his blue blade and carved through them like a desert storm.
When the dust settled, Varro was left broken, his slaves freed. Thal’orr did not kill him; he simply left him powerless. And so, the legend of the Nomad Knight grew. A silent guardian, a drifting warrior who asked for nothing but the chance to do what was right.
In the endless expanse of the Outer Rim, where law had no hold, Thal’orr brought justice.
